Hi my name is Tia,

I’m excited to share some news that in March 2026 I’m going to Tanzania on a volunteering trip!

This isn’t just any trip — it’s the fulfillment of a dream I’ve had since I was young. For as long as I can remember, I’ve wanted to be part of something that helps others and makes a real impact in the world. Now, I finally have that chance.

I’ll be working directly with local communities providing assistance in childcare centers which need extra help as they are under-funded and under-resourced. These centers cater to children from low-income families, providing them with education, interaction and food.

Although I’m all set and excited for the journey I’m currently fundraising to raise as much money before i leave to go towards some key costs— things like travel, accommodation, vaccinations, supplies, programme fees, and gifts for the children I’ll be working with. Any help will be greatly appreciated no matter how big or small.
