Thank you for taking time to read about the struggles that me and my child are currently going through. I had just recently fled from a horribly abusive relationship that lasted 9 years. I brought my child to my new home and switched her schools, he took that opportunity to take me to court on an emergency basis, lying about me being abused by him and he feared for our child’s safety from me (he had an attorney arguing on his behalf when I was pro-se) and he was granted his emergency order (I had 2 successful restraining orders against both him and his brother who lives in the house for domestic violence and I have video evidence of his abuse, I even have a video of him beating our dog, Rollie, at 2am. I am open to sharing the videos for those who are sceptical, I warn you that the videos are triggering) but the court system railroaded me and I’m fighting as hard as I can. His nephew just moved into my old living space, he just got out of a 10 year prison sentence for Murdering someone while he was drunk. I have retained my own attorney during this process, but it has become costly. If you could find it in your hearts to help me save my innocent baby from his abusive grasp, I would greatly appreciate the help. I really do need help.
