Hello Family & Friends

As many of you know for the last few years I have been on monthly hikes to the Peak District guided by #Aka_cic , a non profit organisation in Nottingham that does amazing work for the local community. They are passionate about providing, a safe supportive, fun environment for young people and give the experiences opportunities they might not ordinarily have access to through no fault of their own. They run youth groups, community groups, childcare & creative activities that give young people a space to be themselves, build confidence & feel supported.

On the 28th of June myself & other people, I have met on the hikes along with the AKA team are climbing Ben Nevis to raise ££ as unfortunately their funding has been cut which has been a huge setback for the team, it will jeopardise their program & time invested building all these amazing opportunities for the youth & community alike.
