In service to Steve Shelton Jr.

Steve Milton “Sonny” Shelton, Jr., 43, of Statham, GA, husband of David Alexander Baker, died on Saturday, October 15, 2022.

Born in Athens, GA he was the son of Steve Milton Shelton, Sr. of Watkinsville the late Ida Lynn Shelton. Sonny was last employed by Barrow County 911 as a Communications Officer and had worked as a Paramedic for 13 years with National EMS, Oglethorpe, Jackson County, Grady and Barrow County.

In addition to his husband and father, survivors include his son and daughter that he adored; Bradyn Shelton and Blakely Shelton; one sister and her husband: Kristy and Joey Adcock and their children: Gavin, Kailey and Dylan Adcock.

With this being unexpected, Dave Baker is attempting to collect funds to cover any unexpected expenses from this loss and to ensure their children's needs are met while transitioning to this new phase of their life.
