Unity Through Music CIC needs your help to continue supporting communities in Leeds and Nationwide in giving underground musicians the platform to record and showcase their talents to enhance in the music and arts industry,we have been working with over 100 young musicians over the last 4 years with ages ranging from 17-60 of which without our assistance wouldn’t of been able to showcase their talents.

Now through no fault of ours the landlord of our current studio of which we’ve been a good tenant for the last 5 years has decided that he’s no longer renewing our lease and only gave us 5 weeks to leave. We asked for reasons as to why but wasn’t given one so we had to vacate by the 31/7/2025 so now the musicians have no where to record or perform.

OUR MISSION IS TO CONTINUE THIS JOURNEY AND BELIEVE WE CAN SUCCEED

We aim to secure another building within the next 8 weeks and build it into a community hub enabling us to have multiple recording studio’s along with a photography studio,podcast studio,refreshment area plus a space to showcase the talent within the building but then we need help with funds and local businesses to rebuild the studio’s to the quality we’ve had before as quality is important to succeed.

We have previously worked with Child Bereavement associations, West Yorkshire Police, Youth Services, Teenage Cancer Trust and are still associated with many more but this will all become difficult without the help of others.

UTM is proudly supporting The Donovan S Webster Memorial Trustfund which is due to Donovan S Webster passing in 2006 down to a rare form of bone cancer but he’s spirit lives on through UTM CIC.
