I'm Aarushi Pant, a sophomore at the University of Florida on the pre-med track. I'm working with Summer Davies to organize a 5K called Unite to Run. This fundraiser supports Unite for Health, a nonprofit focused on reducing maternal and child mortality. They work to increase access to affordable healthcare in underserved rural communities across Africa. Proceeds from the event will help provide Mama Kits, bundles of essential supplies needed for safe labor and delivery, to pregnant women who need them most in Cameroon. This 5k will be held at Al Lopez Park on March 15, 2026.

Proceeds from this GoFundMe will help cover the costs of hosting the 5K, including awards for participants, personalized drawstring bags for each runner, and fees for the professional event planning team assisting with the run. Any donation amount would be greatly appreciated to help fund this event.
