Mi nombre es Andrea y con el corazón en la mano, como esposa y madre, pido ayuda en un momento de mucha angustia y confusión, pero también cargado de esperanza para nuestra familia. Mi esposo, Edward Alexander Mendez Castilla, se encuentra actualmente detenido en la ciudad de Jacksonville desde el día diez(10) de Marzo del presente año y necesitamos apoyo para poder enfrentar los desafíos que esto implica. Edward es un hombre de valores, trabajador, responsable y sobre todo, un esposo y padre amoroso. Nos estamos esforzando por mantenernos fuertes y unidos mientras buscamos la manera de avanzar en este proceso, así como su puesta en libertad, pero los procesos legales que esto implica son complejos y los costos son muy elevados. Entre abogados, trámites y otros gastos necesarios, se ha vuelto imposible para mí cubrir absolutamente todo por mi cuenta. Por eso recurro a ustedes con humildad y esperanza. Cada donación, sin importar el monto, nos ayuda a acercarnos un paso más a reunir nuevamente a nuestra familia y a darle a Edward la oportunidad de seguir adelante mientras enfrenta este proceso.
