Our names are Nancy and Viviana, and we are reaching out with humility and hope. Today, we kindly ask you to look into your hearts and consider donating even just $1, or any essentials you’re able to spare—food, gift cards, laundry detergent, toilet paper, body wash, or anything that can help a family get through the week.

Right now, many in our Hispanic and immigrant communities are living in fear due to ongoing ICE raids. Families are afraid to leave their homes, which means many are struggling to meet even their most basic needs. We want to make sure no one is left without support.

Your contribution—no matter how small—can help someone keep their phone connected, keep the lights on, or simply fill their pantry. If financial donations are not possible, we would be deeply grateful for item drop-offs so we can personally deliver supplies to those who have no one else to turn to.

We understand trust is earned, especially online. We may be strangers behind a screen, but we are strangers who care—and we are committed to showing up for those who are suffering quietly.

We are focusing on helping families in Skokie, Rogers Park, and surrounding neighborhoods who are currently being impacted.
