Raising money for Paul Havea and his 4 children. Paul, his wife, Pamela and their 4 children, Audrey (14), Nu (13), Namson (5) and Marikki (2) live in a remote village on Rendova Island, Western Province, Solomon Islands. His wife got sickness in her abdomen and due to being in a remote location had to wait to make the journey to the main hospital in Munda which is 2 hours away via boat. Unfortunately the next day (Boxing Day 2023) during the boat journey she passed away in front of kids and husband.

Unfortunately they will never know what she died of because they don't conduct autopsy's in Solomon Islands. Paul is an extremely hard working person and this money will pay for funeral costs and to start an account with BSP Bank in Solomon Islands for Paul to be able to pay for food, school fees and clothes for the kids for the next few years.

$3,000 Australian dollars goes along way in Solomon Islands for Paul to supply these basic essentials to the kids in the next few years, so any donations, no matter how small will help.

I worked and lived in Solomon Islands for 5 years, Paul and Pamela always treated me like their family when I visited this village. Both very hard working people and doing the best they could to provide for their children in a country that doesn't have many opportunities or prosperity that we have here in the lucky country get.
