Uncovered Cancer Medical Expenses

Dear friends and family –

I am Midge, Peter's mom. When I started this Go Fund Me page last month on behalf of my son who has stage 4 anal cancer that metastasized to his liver and stomach, Peter's health insurance from his last employer was about to end. We knew that Peter would need to pay significantly more in premiums and out-of-pocket payments, but we had not considered the full implications. Additionally, household bills are mounting which his former salary helped cover.

For those reasons, we find that we need to revise our original Go Fund Me goal. This is such a challenging time, and we wish that we did not have to seek support. But the sad fact is we do. We are also aware that you might have your own experience with cancer or know a beloved friend or family member who has journeyed on this path.
