In questi mesi, qui a Kinshasa nella Repubblica Democratica del Congo, sono successe tante cose che hanno cambiato e riscritto tempi e storie, mettendo al centro quello che più conta.

E una di queste è un piccolo progetto nato a febbraio 2024 una sera da una frase di Sabaoth: "Lela, facciamoli giocare. Diamogli una buona ragione per uscire dalla strada."

Si chiama "FC ANTO'S", una squadra di calcio per bambini e ragazzi venuti da situazioni sociali difficili, contesti fragili e/o dalla strada.

Nel quartiere li chiamano "i ragazzi del coach", li riconoscono, sanno che da qualche tempo a questa parte ora questi ragazzi hanno un posto a cui appartenere, se lo vogliono.

E con le partite è arrivato anche il bisogno di avere un luogo, di avere una Casa dover ci fosse spazio per tutti, sempre.

Dopo qualche settimana di ricerca, a marzo 2024 abbiamo trovato una piccola casa con due stanze nel cuore del quartiere di Mont Ngafula, nella provincia di Kinshasa e oggi, a maggio 2025, ci viviamo in 6, ma le domande e i bisogni sono tanti e lo spazio ormai è diventato troppo poco.

La casa dove siamo adesso è diventata troppo piccola e non ci stiamo più, abbiamo bisogno di trovare un luogo più grande e accogliente. E lo abbiamo trovato ! Ma i costi sono molto alti e abbiamo bisogno di un aiuto: ci serve una mano per coprire i costi dell'affitto, dei lavori di ristrutturazione, per comprare l'arredamento e, nel frattempo, continuare anche a poter coprire una parte dei pasti di tutti i giorni, del materiale sportivo per gli allenamenti e delle formazioni che alcuni dei nostri ragazzi hanno iniziato.

In these months, here in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, many things have happened that have changed and rewritten times and stories, putting what matters most at the center. And one of these is a small project born in February 2024 one evening from a phrase by Sabaoth: "Lela, let's make them play. Let's give them a good reason to get off the street."

It's called "FC ANTO'S", a football team for children and young people who come from difficult social situations, fragile contexts and/or from the street. In the neighborhood they call them "the coach's boys", they recognize them, they know that for some time now these boys have a place to belong to, if they want it.

And with the games also came the need to have a place, to have a House where there was room for everyone, always.

After a few weeks of searching, in March 2024 we found a small house with two rooms in the heart of the Mont Ngafula neighborhood, in the province of Kinshasa and today, in May 2025, we live there in 6, but the questions and needs are many and the space has now become too little.

The house where we are now has become too small and we can't fit in anymore, we need to find a bigger and more welcoming place. And we found it! But the costs are very high and we need help: we need a hand to cover the rent, the renovations, to buy the furniture and, in the meantime, continue to be able to cover part of the daily meals, the sports equipment for training and the formations that some of our guys have started.

The ANTO'S

Au cours de ces mois, ici à Kinshasa, en République démocratique du Congo, de nombreuses choses se sont produites qui ont changé et réécrit les temps et les histoires, mettant ce qui compte le plus au centre.

Et l'un d'eux est un petit projet né en février 2024 un soir d'une phrase de Sabaoth : « Lela, faisons-les jouer. Donnons-leur une bonne raison de sortir de la rue. »

Il s'agit du "FC ANTO'S", une équipe de football pour enfants et jeunes venus de situations sociales difficiles, de contextes fragiles et/ou de la rue.

Dans le quartier, on les appelle « les garçons du coach », on les reconnaît, on sait que depuis un certain temps, ces garçons ont une place où ils peuvent appartenir, s'ils le veulent.

Et avec les jeux est également venu le besoin d'avoir un endroit, d'avoir une maison où il y avait de la place pour tout le monde, toujours.

Après quelques semaines de recherche, nous avons trouvé en mars 2024 une petite maison de deux pièces au cœur du quartier Mont Ngafula, dans la province de Kinshasa et aujourd'hui, en mai 2025, nous y vivons à 6, mais les questions et les besoins sont nombreux et l'espace est désormais devenu trop petit.

La maison où nous sommes actuellement est devenue trop petite et nous ne pouvons plus y rentrer, nous devons trouver un endroit plus grand et plus accueillant. Et nous l'avons trouvé ! Mais les coûts sont très élevés et nous avons besoin d'aide : nous avons besoin d'un coup de main pour couvrir le loyer, les rénovations, pour acheter les meubles et, en attendant, pour continuer à couvrir une partie des repas quotidiens, le matériel sportif pour les entraînements et les formations que certains de nos enfants ont commencées.
