Una historia palestina desde el corazón: Un nuevo comienzo desde cero

Hola,

Me llamo Esraa Arafat, soy una mujer palestina de Gaza y ahora vivo en Valencia, España, tratando de empezar mi vida desde cero después de haberlo perdido todo.

En mi tierra tenía una casa hermosa y un pequeño negocio propio. Vivía con dignidad junto a mi gran familia en Rafah, en una ciudad llena de vida.

Tenía un hogar del que me sentía orgullosa, y un proyecto que yo misma trabajaba con mis manos para mantener a mi familia y construirles un mejor futuro.

Pero en una sola noche, todo fue destruido por los bombardeos israelíes.

Perdí mi casa, la casa de mi madre, mi trabajo, y mi tienda.

No me quedó nada — ni una foto de mi infancia, ni siquiera un recuerdo de mi padre, a quien perdí cuando era niña.

Perdí a muchos seres queridos.

Y toda mi familia sigue atrapada en Gaza, viviendo bajo condiciones inimaginables de hambre, bombardeos, desplazamiento y privaciones.

Mi madre y mis hermanos siguen allí, atrapados en medio de la guerra y el genocidio.

Yo estoy aquí, en el exilio, llevando sobre mis hombros la carga de mantener a mi familia, intentando enviarles lo necesario para sobrevivir.

Cada mes, envío dinero para que puedan comprar comida y medicinas.

No pude traerlos conmigo porque no tienen documentos de viaje.

Salí de Gaza por mis hijos, pero mi corazón y mi mente se quedaron allí, con mi madre y mis hermanos.

Soy madre de dos niños, y estoy empezando desde cero, completamente sin recursos.

Soy la única que mantiene a toda mi familia:

No puedo dormir del miedo y la ansiedad constantes, con terror de perderlos o de no poder enviarles dinero algún día.

Si dejo de ayudarles, literalmente morirán de hambre.

Por eso necesito su apoyo — no solo para empezar de nuevo aquí, sino para mantener con vida a mi familia.

Creo profundamente que las mujeres pueden levantarse de nuevo, y que la voluntad fuerte crea milagros.

Mi proyecto es sencillo, pero es un gran sueño:

Quiero abrir un pequeño local de comida para llevar de 25 metros cuadrados, donde ofrezca sabores auténticos palestinos:

Rollitos de musakhan

Palitos crujientes de zatar con salsa blanca

Rollos de canela recién horneados

Empanadas de queso feta

Café árabe

Zumos naturales

A través de este proyecto, quiero revivir mi herencia palestina y cultura, proteger la vida de mi familia, y compartir mi historia — y la historia de mi pueblo — a través de la comida.

Este negocio no es solo un trabajo — es un mensaje de esperanza, un salvavidas para una familia sitiada y hambrienta, y una forma de recuperar mi dignidad y construir un nuevo futuro para mí y mis hijos.

Hoy, les pido que sean parte de este camino.

Que me tiendan una mano, que crean en la fuerza de una mujer palestina que no se rinde — y en el poder de los sueños, aunque la realidad sea dura.

A Palestinian Story from the Heart: A New

Beginning from Zero

Hello,

My name is Esraa Arafat, a Palestinian woman from Gaza, and I now live in Valencia, Spain, trying to start my life all over again after losing everything.

Back home, I had a beautiful house and a small business of my own. I lived with dignity alongside my big family in Rafah, in a city full of life.

I had a home I was proud of, and a small project I worked on with my own hands to support my family and build a better future for them.

But in one single night, everything was destroyed by Israeli bombing.

I lost my house, my mother's house, my work, my shop.

Nothing was left — no childhood photo, not even a memory of my father, whom I lost as a child.

I lost many loved ones.

And all of my family are still trapped in Gaza, living under unimaginable conditions of hunger, bombing, displacement, and deprivation.

My mother and siblings are still there, stuck in the middle of war and genocide.

I am here in exile, carrying the burden of my family on my shoulders, trying to send them enough to survive.

Every month, I send money just to help them buy food and medicine.

I couldn’t bring them with me — they have no travel documents.

I left Gaza for my children, but my heart and mind remained there, with my mother and siblings.

I’m a mother of two children, and I’m starting from zero, completely drained of all resources.

I am the sole provider for my entire family:

my widowed mother

my brother, his wife and children

my sister, her husband and children

I can’t sleep from constant fear and anxiety, terrified I might lose them, or fail one day to send the money they need.

If I stop helping them, they will literally starve.

This is why I need your support — not just to rebuild my life here, but to keep my family alive.

I deeply believe that women can rise again, and that strong willpower creates miracles.

My project is simple, but it's a big dream:

I want to open a small 25m² takeaway food shop, where I offer authentic Palestinian flavors:

Musakhan wraps

Crunchy thyme sticks with white sauce

Fresh cinnamon rolls

Feta cheese pastries

Arabic coffee

Fresh juices

Through this project, I want to revive my Palestinian heritage and culture, protect my family's survival, and share my story — and the story of my homeland — through food.

This business is not just a job — it's a message of hope, a lifeline for a besieged and starving family, and a way to regain my dignity and build a new future for myself and my children.

To lend a helping hand, and believe in the strength of a Palestinian woman who refuses to give up — and in the power of dreams, no matter how hard the reality is.

قصة فلسطينية من القلب: بداية جديدة من الصفر

مرحباً،

اسمي إسراء عرفات، فلسطينية من غزة، أعيش الآن في فالنسيا – إسبانيا، أحاول أن أبدأ حياتي من جديد بعد أن فقدت كل شيء.

في بلدي، كنت أملك منزلًا جميلاً ومشروعًا صغيرًا خاصًا بي. كنت أعيش بكرامة مع عائلتي الكبيرة في رفح، في مدينة نابضة بالحياة.

كان لي منزل أفتخر به، ومشروع أعمل فيه بيدي لأعيل أسرتي وأبني لهم مستقبلًا أفضل.

لكن في ليلة واحدة، دُمّر كل شيء بسبب العدوان الإسرائيلي.

فقدت منزلي ومنزل والدتي، ومشروعي ومتجري.

لم يتبقَّ لي أي ذكرى... لا صورة من طفولتي، ولا حتى شيء يربطني بوالدي الذي فقدته وأنا صغيرة.

فقدت أحبّة كثيرين.

أما عائلتي، فما زالوا جميعًا محاصرين في غزة، يعيشون تحت القصف والجوع والتشريد والحرمان.

أمي وإخوتي ما زالوا هناك، عالقين في جحيم الحرب والموت.

أنا هنا، أحمل عبء عائلتي وحدي، وأكافح من أجل أن أرسل لهم ما يبقيهم أحياء.

كل شهر، أرسل لهم المال من أجل الطعام والدواء فقط.

لم أستطع أن أحضرهم معي، لأنهم لا يملكون وثائق سفر.

خرجت من غزة من أجل أطفالي، لكن قلبي بقي هناك — مع أمي وإخوتي.

أنا أم لطفلين، أبدأ من الصفر، بلا موارد، بعد أن استُنزفت تمامًا.

أُعيل وحدي عائلتي المكوّنة من:

أمي الأرملة

أخي وزوجته وأطفاله

أختي وزوجها وأطفالها

لا أستطيع النوم من شدة القلق والخوف من فقدانهم، أو من أن أعجز يومًا عن إرسال المال إليهم.

إن توقفت عن مساعدتهم، سيموتون جوعًا.

لهذا السبب، أطلب دعمكم — ليس فقط لأبدأ من جديد، بل لأحافظ على حياة عائلتي.

أنا أؤمن أن النساء قادرات على النهوض من جديد، وأن الإرادة تصنع المعجزات.

مشروعي بسيط، لكنه يحمل حلماً كبيرًا:

أريد أن أفتح محلًا صغيرًا (25 مترًا فقط) للأكل الجاهز، أقدّم فيه نكهات فلسطينية أصيلة:

من خلال هذا المشروع، أريد أن أُعيد إحياء تراثي الفلسطيني وهويتي، وأحافظ على حياة عائلتي، وأشارك الناس قصتي وقصة وطني من خلال الطعام.

هذا المشروع ليس مجرد عمل، بل رسالة أمل وطوق نجاة لعائلة محاصَرة جائعة، ومحاولة لاستعادة كرامتي، وبناء حياة جديدة لي ولأطفالي.

اليوم، أطلب منكم أن تكونوا جزءًا من هذه الرحلة.

أن تؤمنوا بقوة المرأة الفلسطينية التي لا تستسلم، وبأن الأحلام ممكنة رغم كل الصعوبات.
