Eric Newman is a wonderful umpire for Arcadia Little League with a positive spirit and always helping the kids understand the sport. He is so encouraging on the field and takes the time to explain the game when he sees any confusion. He is a big reason our girls have such a great experience playing in ARLL. It is rare to find someone like Eric and we all feel so lucky to have him.

His primary career outside of Umpiring is working at a special needs school that takes in the kids with the most severe emotional and behavior issues that the public school system have to redirect because they do not have the resources to provide care or an education. He is truely an incredible human! :)
