Hello,

My name is Stuart Weymouth and I am a Physician Assistant completing a Critical Care APP Residency at Maine Medical Center who spent time in Ukraine in early 2022, providing humanitarian and medical support in Lviv. I will be returning to Ukraine in October to work with Frontline Medics, an organization which supports local civilians by providing them with food, water and blankets if they desire to stay in their homes while also providing evacuation to those wishing to move to safer areas. Frontline Medics has Advance Life Support capable ambulances which specialize in medical evacuations for people with often complex medical issues and limited mobility.

As Frontline Medics is a volunteer organization, I must finance this humanitarian deployment with my own funds. I have set up this GoFundMe as a way to assist in paying for travel expenses, protective gear, and equipment. I will keep receipts of the purchases for the purpose of ensuring complete transparency. Once the plane ticket and protective equipment is paid for, all remaining funds will be donated directly to Frontline Medics to support the cause.
