Help Amanda Bring Her Daughter Home

Hi, my name is Amanda. I'm not used to asking for help, but I have to now. I took my daughter last June [2023] to the airport to see her father. She was supposed to come home 6 weeks later per the parenting plan. However, her father broke the agreement and is now found in contempt twice and was court ordered to send her back home to me. He has still yet to do that and refuses to do so.

I've been dealing with the court system here in Washington and down there in Texas for the last 11 months. I haven't gotten to speak to her since July 2023 and her father stopped communication with me in November 2023. I have literally been shut out of my daughter's life this entire time.

I am now currently in Texas for what was supposed to be a one-day court that has sadly turned into a 3 weeks court date. I've had to use up every resource I have and am now running low on funds for food, lodging, and attorney fees. I just want to be able to bring my daughter home to Washington with me. Her family and friends miss her so much. She is literally the light of my life, anyone that knows her knows that and would agree.
