We are needing a attorney to gain full custody . We have temporary custody already but full will prevent them from taking them Help us save our grandchildren we are too disabled grandparents trying to do everything we can for three babies we got temporary custody of Mom and Daddy both are active addicts one in r out of ehab one still roaming the streets . I have a 7-year-old granddaughter that had traumatic injury to her eye that was never treated a chronic infection that's not been treated until recently in her eyes I've also got a 6-year-old and a 2 year old these children were dead maybe once a day give one plate of food today that they had to share between the three the six-year-old needed shots because they hadn't had none in the last 3 years the two-year-old hadn't had nothing but her birth shots the seven and six year old I've never been in school until this year they are thriving in our house. These children have been medically physically emotionally neglected their father has not been in their lives but a few times in the last two and a half years I have asked for help getting birth certificates for the kids so that they way they can go to school and get medical attention and get resources that they need and I get backlash and told no that they can't afford to help support the kids the mother and father are separated they have been separated since March 2023. We are just trying to protect these children and get an attorney to gain full custody or guardianship something to protect these three kids we've got a 7-year-old a 6 year old and a 2 year old and if I ask the father for any money for these kids even $5 he throws a bit and cusses me and threatens to take the kids back he has nowhere to go the mother has nowhere to go we have doctors to back us up medical records to back up and I'll even have DHS subpoenaed in the court to testify on what they know and what their peers are for these children I'm not the best at this I really don't know all I want to do is protect these kids
