She did it! We started at 4:30 , up to the peak of Barf for 5:30 then waited half an hour for the sun to rise over Skiddaw.

On to Lords Seat, then Broomfell and finally Whinlatter. 13 km. Finishing at 11.

Hi, my name is Emily. I am 15 years old and I am fundraising for a Camps International expedition to Cambodia in 2026. The expedition will contribute towards rural community development and environmental conservation initiatives.

As part of my fundraising efforts I am visiting the Lake District and completing a sunrise walk tomorrow morning..

The route includes 4 Wainwrights, they are Barf, Lords Seat, Broomfell and Whinlatter and is 12.4km. We will be starting the walk in the dark at 4:30am so we can reach the summit of the first peak by sunrise.
