Welcome to Vision25

We are an Independent training and social care provider based in Stockton-Tees

At Vision25, we offer a meaningful option for young people living with a disability, aged 17 plus. Group sizes are kept small and our normal staffing ratio is one member of staff to four young adults. We are open Monday - Saturday, 51 weeks of the year. The day starts at 9 am and ends at 3:30 pm (Sat. 10am-2pm).

This July 19th we are continuing our annual Walk For All, where we will all walk together, to show the community how capable our young adults are, especially when we are all together.
