Hi, my name is Samantha. I wanted to start this Go Fund Me for my sister and my best friend, Amanda.

My sister is the strongest, most resilient, loyal, and loving person I have ever known. She has been dealt a tough hand the past few years and has never once asked for help. Most recently, she found out her Breast Cancer was back but this time it was Stage 4 and it had traveled to her lungs. Stage 4 sounds scary right? BUT miracles still exist and our GOD is BIGGER than cancer. What Amanda needs most right now is prayer, rest, and NO STRESS. I want to provide her with the most financial support that we can so that during this time she can cut back on working so much. As a single mom, she has no option but to work, but if we can all pitch in to help her cut back a little bit I know it will aid in her healing.

Again? Why? So many questions with cancer diagnosis that you probably will never have the full answer to. Yet for healing purposes you really do have to find a way to rest in His peace daily regardless because that’s what will not only get you through but help you thrive .

Earlier this month I was diagnosed with metastatic (stage 4) breast cancer to my lungs. I’ve been knowing this was a possibility for a while and am relieved to finally have a definitive answer so I can make appropriate decisions on the right treatment.

All praise to God, I’m having minimal side effects considering, and I’m praying I only get better from here. I started new treatments earlier this month to try to get back into remission quickly and am re-starting a plant based lifestyle. I’ve been moving seemingly at the speed of light for way too long and it’s clearly taking a tole with two cancer diagnosis in 2 years. My focus is on my two precious boys, consistent rest, healing and then thriving for many many years ahead.

Prayers for healing are so appreciated as I go through this journey. I’m trusting in that miracle!
