Running the conference in an effective and accessible manner costs money. AVEN and the conference do not have sponsors, and as we believe everyone should be able to attend, we do not charge for entry. So, we rely on donations to cover these important costs. This is where the fundraiser comes in - and where we need your help!
Our estimated cost for running the conference is about £5,000. Last year, over 500 people attended the UK asexuality conference. If each of those attendees contributed about £10 (about €11.70 or USD $14.20), that would be enough to keep us afloat. Any amount helps, and we'd be super grateful if you would donate whatever you could to help us keep going. With your help, we can make this year's conference ace and next year's even acer!
