My husband and I have been together almost 12 years. We got married after being together 8 years and saving up to do it all right. We did the wedding, bought the house, and then tried for a baby. After 3 years of trying, we found out that that won't be easy for us. I have an abnormally low egg reserve for my age, and my husband has high DNA fragmentation in his sperm. This has been a major disappointment for us as both my husband and I have only ever wanted to be parents all of our lives. We aren't sure what our future looks like without a child in it. So we are looking in every possible avenue to see how we can make this happen for us as we don't have a lot of extra cash. We have some saved but still have a ways to go. We are hoping we have a village out there to help us.
