My father has had many medical struggles over his life. He had cancer, heart attacks, hip problems, and more! It never got him down, and he always stayed strong for his friends and family!

This last battle has been exceptionally hard for everyone. His kidney is failing and has finally slipped into stage 5 failure. He starts dialysis this week. We are hoping and praying that it will be enough to allow him to see a few more Christmas mornings!

This past year, we have visited the hospital more than a dozen times for multiple nights each trip. Last Christmas, we almost spent it in the hospital on Christmas morning. With luck, this year we can spend it together at home.
