We are a group of concerned residents committed to protecting Oxshott from overdevelopment.

• Say no to development on green belt land and further major development in Oxshott.

• Planning is already being submitted for 250 houses on Clouds Hill Farm which is designated green belt land.

• Failure to stop this proposal sends the message that Oxshott is wide open for future development and this will change our village for ever.

What We’re Doing:

We will be launching a formal challenge to this planning application that includes:

• Legal advice and representation

• Professional planning objections

• Public awareness campaigns

• Leaflets, banners and digital campaigns

• Mobilising residents to submit formal objections

• Working with other local groups and politicians to state our case

We’ve already begun—but we need funds to scale this fight.
