Isabella’s Big Chop for Prostate Cancer UK & The Little Princess Trust

Hi everyone!

Since May 2022, I’ve been growing my hair for a very special reason. I wanted to donate it to The Little Princess Trust, a charity that makes real hair wigs for children who have lost their hair because of cancer treatment or other illnesses.

But that’s not the only reason I’ve decided to do this…

In March 2022, my Grandad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. It was a really scary time for our family, but thanks to the amazing care he received, he’s now made a full recovery. Seeing how strong and positive he was through everything really inspired me, and I wanted to do something to help others going through the same thing.

So, when it came time for my big cut, I decided to also raise money for Prostate Cancer UK, a charity that supports men and their families who are affected by this disease.

It’s taken me over three years to grow my hair long enough to donate, and now I’m finally ready for the big chop! My goal is to raise £250, and every single donation, big or small, will mean so much to me.
