After nearly three years of hearings, evaluations, motions, and co-parenting counseling, my custody case for my daughter is finally ending soon . We now have a pre-trial conference in December and trial dates set for January. 

To move forward if trial is confirmed, my attorney requires $18,000 in her retainer by December 5. I don’t have the ability to cover that alone. I’m asking for help so I can keep fighting for what I truly believe is in my daughter’s best interest.

People have gifted $3,850 so far toward the $18k through independent giving. I will continue to update if I receive more donations that way to keep the goal accurate. 

Over the past three years, I’ve already put over $25,000 toward legal fees, much of it through my own income and credit, along with some family support. I’ve stretched every possible resource to get to this point, and this final push is the most critical.

Every dollar will go directly to legal expenses (the required retainer). If trial doesn’t proceed, any remaining funds will be applied to outstanding legal bills already incurred during this process. I’ll share updates so you know exactly where things stand.
