Ayaan:
My name is Ayaan, and I live in Seattle, Washington. My brother, Abdinajib, suffered a catastrophic small intestinal failure and underwent emergency surgery where his entire small intestine was removed. Since then, he has survived only through Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN).
Doctors and transplant specialists have confirmed that a small intestine transplant is the only treatment that can save his life. His case has been reviewed and approved as urgent, but the total cost of the transplant and care is $1.6 million — far beyond our family’s means.
Abdinajib has no financial assistance or insurance and is currently in Africa, where resources are extremely limited. His condition is critical, and time is running out.
We humbly ask for your help through a donation or by sharing his story. Even if you can’t donate, sharing could save his life. Every contribution brings hope.
Thank you for your kindness and support.
