Help my family evacuate from Gaza and treat my son

Hello everyone, I am Tasneem, 39 years old. I work as a high school English teacher and am a mother to five beautiful children: Amir (17), Nada (13), Mohamed (10), Youssef (7), and Omar (2). This was my family before October 7th. Our life was very beautiful. We had a warm and very peaceful home. We took pictures of every corner and detail of it. We were living a wonderful life full of dreams. But unfortunately, everything changed after the war started. Our area was warned, and we were forced to leave. We lost all my beautiful things and the memories that were in it. We were forced to live in a small tent with difficult conditions, a tent that does not protect against the heat of summer or the cold of winter; We suffer from the presence of rodents, insects and mice, in addition to the spread of infectious diseases and skin diseases without the availability of appropriate treatment, a tent devoid of any of the components of a good or even natural life.. You can't imagine how we are now unable to support our children with their basic and essential needs. My family and I are trapped inside the terrible conflicts and war in Gaza. We are forced to live a hard life without security or comfort amidst continuous bombing and shelling .I lost my beloved sister, her husband, and her three children, and I lost many relatives and friends. We fear that my family and I will lose our lives at any moment, as the current situation is becoming more difficult and complicated. You can imagine that we have become homeless and that every area is not safe and we cannot stay in it; We have to change our place constantly .

These are some of the many disasters my family is experiencing, but the most urgent and important point is that my son Mohamed (10 years old) needs urgent treatment. Muhammad suffers from heart problems and was given a serious operation by an Italian medical delegation (as it is difficult to perform inside Gaza), after which he needed periodic follow-up. After many efforts, we succeeded in performing a cardiac catheterization at the Wilfson Hospital in Tel Aviv, and we also did another follow-up in the year that Then, after October 7, we cannot go out and continue. The matter has become worse due to the intense fear of the sound of the missiles, which negatively affects his health and heart. In light of an unhealthy life and the lack of hospitals, doctors, or even medicines, the biggest reason for us is the lack of Money needed to travel abroad.

In addition, my one-year-old son Omar lacks all the basic needs like milk, diapers, and suitable healthy foods and

more. And my 17-year-old son Amir is supposed to finish high school next year, but if the war continues, he will not be able to complete it and will not be able to join the university, as happens in all countries of the world.

It's not easy for me to ask for help, but it is extremely urgent!! It's hard to see our life suddenly turn into a terrible nightmare that you can't imagine happening someday. I am extremely worried about the future of my children and their physical and mental health amidst all the difficulties. I hope , with your help and support, to have a chance to start a new, good, and safe life with my family. I also hope you can support me in providing urgent treatment for my son Mohamed.

مرحباً بالجميع، أنا تسنيم (39) سنة،أعمل معلمة لغة انجليزية للمرحلة الثانوية ، أم لخمسة أطفال جميلين. أمير (17)، ندى (13)، محمد (10)))، يوسف (7) وعمر (2). هذه عائلتي قبل 7 أكتوبر. كانت حياتنا جميلة جدًا. كان لدينا منزل دافئ وهادئ للغاية. لقد التقطنا صورًا لكل زاوية وتفاصيلها. كنا نعيش حياة رائعة مليئة بالأحلام. لكن للأسف تغير كل شيء بعد بدء الحرب. تم تحذير منطقتنا واضطررنا إلى تركها. لقد فقدنا كل أشيائي الجميلة والذكريات التي كانت فيها. أجبرنا على العيش في خيمة صغيرة مع ظروف صعبة ،خيمة لا تقي حر الصيف ولا برد الشتاء ؛ نعاني فيها من وجود القوارض والحشرات والفئران ،بالاضافة لانتشار الامراض المعدية والامراض الجلدية دون توفر علاج مناسب ، خيمة تخلو من أي من مقومات الحياة الجيدة أو حتى الطبيعية. لن تتخيل كيف أننا الآن غير قادرين على دعم أطفالنا باحتياجاتهم الأساسية والضرورية.

أنا وعائلتي محاصرون داخل الصراعات والحرب الرهيبة في غزة. نحن مجبرون على العيش حياة صعبة بلا أمن ولا راحة في ظل القصف والقذائف المستمرة، وقد فقدت أختى الحبيبة وزوجها وأبنائها الثلاثة وفقدت العديد من الاقارب والأصحاب ، ونخشى أن نفقد حياتنا أنا وعائلتي في أي لحظة فالوضع الحالي يزداد صعوبة وتعقيداً. لك ان تتخيل أننا أصبحنا بلا مأوى وأن كل منطقة ليست آمنة ولا يمكننا البقاء فيها؛ وعلينا أن نغير مكاننا بشكل دائم .

هذه بعض من كوارث كثيرة تعاني منها عائلتي، لكن النقطة الأهم والأكثر إلحاحاً، أن طفلي محمد (10 سنوات) يحتاج إلى علاج عاجل.$$محمد يعاني من مشاكل في القلب وتمت له عملية خطيرة من قبل وفد طبي ايطالي (حيث يصعب اجرائها داخل غزة)، وبعدها كان يحتاج الي متابعة دورية .وبعد جهود كثيرة نجحنا بعمل قسطرة قلبية بمستشفى ويلفسون بتل ابيب ، وايضا قمنا بعمل متابعة اخرى في السنة التي تليها ، لكن الان بعد ٧ اكتوبر لا نستطيع الخروج والمتابعة .واذداد الأمر سوءا بسبب الخوف الشديد من صوت الصواريخ الذي يؤثر سلبيا على صحته وقلبه .في ظل حياة غير صحية و عدم توفر مستشفيات ولا أطباء او حتى أدوية ،والسبب الاكبر الخاص بنا هو عدم توفر المال اللازم للسفر للخارج.

هذا بالاضافة الي أن ابني عمر البالغ من العمر عام ونصف يصعب تلبية احتياجاته الأساسية من حليب وبامبرز وأطعمة صحية مناسبة غيره .

أمير البالغ من العمر 17 عام ،يفترض ان ينهي المرحلة المدرسية العام القادم ،لكن ان استمرت الحرب لن يستطيع اكمالها ولن يستطيع الالتحاق بالمرحلة الجامعية كما يحدث في جميع دول العالم.

ليس من السهل بالنسبة لي أن أطلب المساعدة ولكنه أمر عاجل للغاية !! من الصعب أن نرى حياتنا تتحول فجأة إلى كابوس فظيع لا يمكنك أن تتخيل حدوثه في يوم من الأيام. أنا قلقة للغاية على مستقبل أطفالي وصحتهم الجسدية والنفسية وسط كل الصعوبات، لدي أمل $$بمساعدتكم ودعمكم $ في الحصول على فرصة لبدء حياة جديدة وجيدة وآمنة مع عائلتي. كما أتمنى أن تدعمني في تقديم المساعدة للعلاج العاجل لطفلي محمد.
