On behalf of the Greenwood family, we come together in this space as family, friends, and the wider community to raise money to support Ebony’s cancer journey. Recently, Jess and her husband Kale received the kind of news no parent should ever have to face. Their gorgeous, bright, and loving nine-year-old little girl, Ebony, has been diagnosed with a diffuse high-grade glioma — an aggressive and incurable cancerous tumour in her brain. Doctors have given the heartbreaking estimate that her life expectancy is only 8–12 months. There are no words to describe the devastation this brings to their family. While there is, unfortunately, very little that can be done medically to save Ebs, what we can do is come together to help make every moment she has left as full, joyful, and comfortable as possible. We want to ensure that Ebony has access to everything she may need, wish for, or dream of during this precious time. Most importantly, these funds will allow Jess and Kale to take time away from work and focus entirely on what matters most — cherishing every day with their daughter and spending meaningful time together as a family, without the added stress of financial pressure. Any support, no matter the amount, will make a real difference in giving this family the space, stability, and love they need during an unimaginable journey.
