Hi, I'm Jeremy.

I'm helping raise funds for DigiBete to help them support children and young people with Type 1 Diabetes and their families in the Leeds and West Yorkshire region, with Events and Activities. These activities are vital in reducing isolation for families managing this really complex long-term condition by providing much-needed peer support.
