After completing my first Ironman 70.3 in 2022, I am dedicating my training and upcoming race in St. George, Utah to Hope for Healing. Hope for Healing is a non-profit organization focused on supporting individuals and families struggling with drug addiction. It was founded by the Stefani family after Matt Stefani — a son, brother, and one of my closest friends — passed away from an overdose.

Addiction is a serious and complex illness that impacts the lives of so many. Hope for Healing is working to provide the resources and education to reduce overdose fatalities and help individuals and families overcome addiction.
