Tamil Women Rising (TWR) is a grassroots, volunteer-led organization dedicated to advancing Tamil women in the workplace through leadership development, professional skills-building, and community connection.

Over the past eight years, TWR has created spaces where Tamil women can find mentorship, visibility, and belonging often for the first time in their professional journeys. From career-focused workshops and speaker series to intergenerational conversations and community research, our work centres the lived experiences of Tamil women navigating work, identity, and leadership in Canada.

100 to Lift Her is a 60-day campaign calling on a circle of supporters to help sustain and grow this work. By contributing $100 or more, you become a patron of TWR directly supporting programs that uplift Tamil women and strengthen our collective future.

This campaign is about more than fundraising. It’s about belonging, shared responsibility, and investing in women who are shaping our communities.

All patrons will be invited to a private spring social to celebrate impact and connection.
