As a lot of you know, on August 19th 2023 Sven and I got married. I immediately had to send him back to his home country and we have been living without each other for the last 2 years. It is hard. we have both had to deal with tragedies without the support of the other. We have had enough. We can't do it anymore, no married couple should have to live without their better half, so we found a lawyer. If we can come up with $8000 to pay for the lawyer, Sven can stay during the entire waiting process for his visa. I clean houses for a living and barely scrape by. His work visa won't be accepted for at least a few months so we are kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. I hate asking for money but i can't stand to live without my husband any longer. We need each other. The funds will cover the lawyer and other expenses directly related to his immigration.
