Two Trials. One Truth. Help Us Bring Kode Home: A Justice Awareness Fund

On January 15, 2025, my son Kode McNair was wrongfully convicted of capital murder despite no DNA, no weapon, no witnesses, and no evidence. Just four months later, his co-defendant, who is also his older brother, tried for the exact same case, was found not guilty and released.

We are raising funds to continue advocacy, awareness efforts, and public support for Kode's story. These funds will help cover outreach materials, community events, petition promotion, travel for support, and the emotional toll this injustice has taken on our family.
