Tweed Connections offers a range of care packages and activities for elderly residents of Berwick-upon-Tweed, North Northumberland and the Scottish Borders, including health and well being programmes, recreational activities and excursions, assisted bathing, daily lunch and refreshments and transportation to and from the centre. We work with local people who have physical and cognitive ailments including Alzheimers, Dementia, Parkinsons and Arthritis.
