Andrew Brown Jr.'s Children Care Fund

My name is Khalil Ferebee and I am the oldest son of Andrew Brown Jr.

On April 21st, 2021, our family was rocked to its core. Someone we love, someone we cherish was taken from us suddenly and unjustly…AGAIN…by the hands of law enforcement.

Our family and our community aches…our heart’s, torn…and to know the fear and pain Andrew experienced in the last moments of his life brings to the surface even deeper feelings of despair, grief, disbelief, and distrust.

Andrew Brown Jr was a father, a brother, a grandson, a nephew, an uncle, a grandfather…unarmed, non-confrontational, and compliant…YET…he died.

Our souls cry out “Why?”

We will never again be afforded the luxury of seeing his dimpled smile…we will never again be afforded the luxury of seeing the joy on the faces of his children when he spends time with them. His children will now be forced to face life without him. We will never again be afforded the luxury of him passing down fatherly…brotherly…wisdom to the young men in our family and community that is in dire need of someone to talk to. He is now unable to be everything that he strived to be…and NO ONE walking this earth should have the power, authority, and will to make such decisions.

We love you Andrew Brown Jr. and we will do all in our power to ensure that justice will be done.

The donations received will be dispersed to my siblings by myself once monthly to help assist us with financial needs and living costs that have occurred since my fathers passing.
