Turning the Lights on for Kerry

Dear beloved friends and family of Kerry and Anne ~

We could never imagine one without the other, these two hearts that we have all been so privileged to see intertwined. We loved finding this picture of them early in their journey, creating the home that sheltered them for decades. And we know that, while that bond transcends all space and time, Anne's loss means that Kerry must now care for their home and property without her steady partner.

Kerry has had to face the projects that have loomed in front of her. Foremost among them all is getting power into the house, without which she has had to haul water, use flashlights and battery lights at night to see, and stock the refrigerator with ice. We are raising funds to install a full solar array and batteries that will power the house. A dear friend has volunteered to do much of the work, but the materials and money for gas to bring him the six hours from his home in Chico have been costly.

We know that the power of love will bring power to Kerry! Thank you for your generosity!
