Turn on Electricity and Gas. PG&E

Hello, my name is John Pratt also known as Justyn time. I’m the father of three teenage boys that are desperately in need of miracle during the two years of Covid. My utility bill was late by 18 months I owed

$3600. PG&E had set me up on a payment program and had reduced my bill from $3600-$1800. I was in the process of paying it off, when two unforeseen circumstances happen. I had to change my debit card, and my phone broke, my cellular carrier, for some reason forced me to get a new phone and phone number. This happened about two months ago.

I unfortunately failed to update PG&E of the changes in my current card. All of the notifications of missing payments went to my old phone number was not updated. Two days ago PG&E turned off my electricity. I was also kicked out of the 50% off repayment program. so now my bill has reverted back to the $3600 plus the last three months which puts us at $4300. The utility companies policy is once the utilities have been turned off. The entire balance has to be paid in order for the utilities to be turned back on. So here we are 12 days before Christmas and we have no utilities. We are in desperate need of your kindness and your generosity.
