*Campaign Title:* Homes for Heroes:
Viola Fletcher, and Lessie Benningfield Randle
Supporting the Last Two Survivors of Black Wall Street

*Campaign Description:*

We are launching this campaign to raise funds for two houses for the last two remaining survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre, which devastated Black Wall Street in 1921. These two individuals, Viola Fletcher, 110, and Lessie Benningfield Randle, 110, have endured unimaginable trauma and loss. It's time for us to come together and show our appreciation for their resilience and contributions to our collective history.

Help Buy A Home for the Last Two Survivors of the Tulsa Race Massacre
Let’s make history right—before it’s too late.

In 1921, an entire Black community was burned to the ground in one of the worst acts of racial violence in American history—the Tulsa Race Massacre. Over 300 Black men, women, and children were murdered. Homes, businesses, and dreams were reduced to ash.

Two survivors remain.
They are both 110 years old.
They are still waiting for justice.
Let’s not let them wait any longer.

️ Meet the Survivors
Viola “Mother” Ford Fletcher was just 7 years old when she and her family fled in terror with nothing but the clothes on their backs. She never returned to school past the 4th grade. She spent her life working as a maid for white families, never earning a living wage. She carries vivid memories of seeing bodies in the streets and her neighborhood in flames. A century later, she still lives in poverty.

Lessie Benningfield “Mother Randle” also survived the Massacre. Like Mother Fletcher, her life and legacy were shaped by the trauma of that night and the generations of poverty it created. Both women testified in court, pleading for justice—but in 2023, an Oklahoma judge dismissed their case, ignoring their pain and silencing their pleas.

But we refuse to be silent.
