Tuesday’s Madagascar Expedition

I am very fortunate to be a volunteer Leader on the Scouts UK Madagascar Expedition in 2026.

Along with other Leaders I will be supporting a group of young people in the planning, preparation, and expedition itself. While we are there we will be working with local communities such as schools or women’s refuge centres to help with projects and experiences. We also hope to work within the jungles on conservation projects. Finally we will of course be linking with local Malagasy Scouts to exchange cultures and make friends.

To help make all of this possible the cost for each person is £4,500. I hope to fundraise as much as I can through events, crafts, and sponsored events. Anything you can contribute during these is very much appreciated.

I am very grateful to have such an amazing opportunity to do something which makes a difference to others lives. I look forward to sharing my journey with you!
