I've been hesitant to do this but I am desperate. I've been homeless since September of last year. I left my parents' house as it was an abusive situation. I survived with the money I had saved up, while sneaking into my college campus to sleep as it was safer. Only two of my friends know, I finally told them in march. So I'm very embarrassed to be making this post, as I hate asking for help. I have been on leave from school but I'm preparing to go back this fall. Currently I'm staying with a friend and her family, who so generously opened up their home to me. But I don't have a place to stay once school starts up again and neither my financial aid nor my return has been finalized. Anything you could spare would go to finding housing.
