A Family in Transition

Some of these GoFundMe initiatives are tough stories to tell, while maintaining some level of anonymity and security. Essentially, a group of us know an amazing family, and we are asking their community to help them out. Recently, a VERY hard working woman and fantastic mother made the tough choice to leave area she is so familiar with to get her and her children out of a very abusive situation. She made all the tough, uncomfortable decisions, and as it goes with many women in this predicament, it has left her and her children in a tough spot.

They have to start from scratch. She had everything taken from her and her children. She is a very hard worker and has maintained her employment through all of this which is amazing in and of itself. So, now that she has gotten herself and her children to safety, she needs help to transition into a new life.

We would like to thank everyone who has already helped. And for those who would still like to help, these funds will be essential to helping her get a new place, home essentials, clothes, and a vehicle. We are truly humbled by everyone's support. We really want to let our friend know that she is loved and she made the right decision.
