Help for a homeless family

Hi I’ve set this up for a family who is homeless. The mum has 6 kids 2 with disabilities they have been living in a temporary commendation with the council and the temp house has been invested with human stool food wastage and dirty water. The council have been phoned and aren’t helping and they have came out but they haven’t fixed the problem. The family’s stuff is wasted and is heavy contaminated the mother doesn’t want anything and hates asking for help but she needs to start from scratch again due to situation. Her kids mental health is really bad. Housing have offered hostels which she can’t take cause it’s a different postcode from where the schools are and they would be separated she’s not doing that. I’ve set this up just to help her and her kids. I’m helping with clothes for now but she’s going to need a lot of new things. I know we are in a cost of living but if anyone can help we would be forever grateful. The family doesn’t deserve this nobody should need to live in inhumane conditions.
