Trying to help my parents get water

Hello, I'm Crystal Ortega. Currently, I'm unable to join my family as my mother, Helen Ortega, undergoes chemotherapy. Earlier this year, she was diagnosed with stage two breast cancer. Thankfully, she has the support of my hardworking father, who is tirelessly juggling his full-time job with caring for her and managing their property. My parents have always been industrious, and now they are on the verge of realizing their dream of home ownership. It's been a challenging journey to establish utilities on their property, involving immense physical and financial efforts, and numerous inspections.

The current difficulty they face is completing their water well. Without running water, and still needing several thousand dollars to finish the well, they are in a difficult situation. My goal is to support my parents in having a functional home to fight her cancer. My mother is 69 years old, and the lack of running water during chemotherapy is simply unimaginable. Their resilience, hard work, and kindness have inspired many, and I believe those whose lives they've touched would offer support if aware of their struggle.

So, I humbly ask for any assistance you can provide. It would mean the world to us. I wish I could be there for my mom, but due to my own challenges in a different city, I can only share their story and hope for support.
