I’m the mother of Trinity Washington. Trinity was outside in our front yard with her 3 month old Yorkie, when her puppy was kicked and stomped and Trinity was called racist names by 2 adult women. My 11-year-old was punched and hit in the face with a glass liquor bottle. Her nose broken and eyes swollen shut. The injuries were severe enough that emergency plastic surgery needed to be performed on Trinity’s nose and eye. My family continues to be threatened and harassed even after reporting this incident to the police. We were forced to relocate to an emergency location until further notice! I haven’t been able to return to work because I need to transport my child back and forth to the clinic and hospital for rehabilitation. I don’t feel comfortable or trust anyone to care for my children during these trying times. The place that we once lived in, loved and shared great memories with together as a family isn’t safe for us to return to. We’re asking for assistance with permanent relocation, home schooling and medical expenses, and to open a trust fund for Trinity’s long term suffering… Thanks so much for your support!
