‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ Two Mums, One Big Challenge – Supporting GVD U9s!

We’re Becky and Ffion, two mums (and proud football parents!) taking on a huge personal challenge – our first ever triathlon – to raise funds for the GVD U9’s Grassroots Football Team.

The event includes a 750m sea swim, a 20k bike ride, and a 5k run. When we started training, we could barely swim 25m in a pool, and one of us didn’t even own a bike! This is completely out of our comfort zone, but we’re determined to push ourselves – not just for our own goals, but for our boys’ team.

We’re raising money to help fund new winter kits and equipment for the U9s, ensuring they can stay warm, confident, and focused as they play the sport they love through the colder months.
