Hi my name is Tessa, this March with my son Sam and brother James, I will be doing a 14 day trek in Nepal to Everest Base Camp which is over 5,500m high, hoping to raise funds for the Kafunjo project in Uganda. I wanted to do something that I would find hard and would require a lot of training as if I’m asking people to give money, I wanted to work for it and the project deserves my all.

The project is run by an an amazing man called Bruno whom I have known now for over 10yrs, he has dedicated his life to helping others, at the project there are over 300 children who not only receive a bed and food and a fantastic education but much needed love . My brother was fortunate enough to visit the project last year and see first hand all the amazing work done by Bruno and his team.

I have paid for the trip myself therefore 100% of money raised will all go to Bruno to help educate and feed the children as well as pay for much needed medical supplies.

I am training hard and will give it 100%, any money you can give in support would be much appreciated.
