My name is Josh, and I am making this fundraiser for my brother Viktor. He was diagnosed with a liposarcoma that had grown quite large in his right bicep. He underwent the proper surgery to get it removed after many sessions and meetings with oncologists and other specialists. The surgery was overall positive removing a tumor the size of a beet, but unfortunately the area around the tumor still showed evidence of cancer cells. He is now currently undergoing radiation treatment in the area 5 days a week 15 minute sessions, but due to the aggressiveness of this type of cancer his specialist highly recommend he also undergo chemotherapy. Due to the surgery having a long recover phase of about 3 weeks completely bedridden, as well as the limited use in his right arm, he has had trouble with work and having enough income to keep up with the medications he needs. He currently needs to pay 500$ a month for his chemo pills on top of personal expenses like food and rent, and they said he currently will need 11 refills. This GoFundMe is being made to help alleviate the stress and mental strain of keeping up with the medical bills for his treatment and medication so he can focus on healing and staying strong through this trying time.
