Travas Johns, 40, of Whitefish was a great father and husband, an luminary in his community, and a warrior of life! 

It was with utter shock and grief that we leanred on Saturday, April 21st that Travas had a tumor in his brain. It was from complications of this, that he died on Sunday, April 22nd..... much too soon for all the care and life experiences he had yet to share with his loved ones.

We created this page to honor Travas and his young family. He leaves behind his wife Amanda, 1-year-old son Pax, 5-year-old daughter Julienne, 12-year-old daughter Georgia. His loss will also be felt to great depths by his parents, Greg & Judy Johns, his brother Josh, and many other close-knit family and friends.

Travas is notable for loving his family immensely, his free-flowing kindness, and his open heart and mind. He was a creative soul who was passionate about discussing anything and everything. He showed outstanding moral character. He was good at making us all feel special in a genuine one-on-one basis. In the words of a long-time friend, Travas  made an impact one-by-one that spread so far.

Now is our turn to make the same impact.
