The Bouton Development Council is embarking on improving and transforming the Bouton Community which has been severely neglected over many decades.
- The Roman Catholic Bishop Corporation of Saint Lucia has a moral obligation in returning over 100 acres of land bequeath to the community. The community is at a critical juncture in its existence in regards to seeking judicial relief.
