On August 9th, many of us were in complete disbelief as we heard of the sudden loss of Kelly Luce. She had a heart of gold and wanted nothing more in life than to be a mother. After years of heartbreak, her prayers were finally answered when she adopted Olivia and Nathaniel. Despite the challenges of being a single mother of two toddlers and a devoted nurse, she made every moment she spent with them special.

Unfortunately, tragedy has hit our family very hard since Kelly's passing. Kelly's sister Tracy is now raising five children alone as her husband Jacob fights for his life in the ICU. With the unexpected costs of final expenses, another adoption, modifications to the house to accommodate all the children, the absence of income over the next several months while Jacob recovers.
